Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3 PM on a business day. $9.99 flat inside the GTA, $15 anywhere else in Ontario, free over $100. Every delivery is 19+ ID verified.

- Inside the GTA — $9.99 flat. Delivered by Flashbird, our 19+ age-verified courier. Typically same or next day.
- Rest of Ontario — $15 flat. Shipped with Canada Post’s 19+ Proof of Age service. Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Orders over $100 — free, anywhere in Ontario.
Your rate is calculated automatically from your postal code at checkout. Coverage is set by postal code rather than city boundary, so the surest way to check which rate applies to you is simply to enter your address. Crown Vape ships within Ontario only.
Same-day dispatch.
Orders placed on a business day before 3 PM are processed and dispatched the same day, meaning they leave our hands and go to the courier that day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Dispatch is not the same as delivery. How quickly the parcel then reaches you depends on the carrier and your address: inside the GTA our courier is typically same or next day, and elsewhere in Ontario Canada Post generally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.
19+ proof of age — required on every delivery.
Every Crown Vape order, without exception, requires age-verified delivery. The recipient must be 19 or older and must present valid government-issued photo ID when the parcel arrives. The driver will not leave a package without that ID check, and packages are never left unattended at the door.
This applies to both carriers: our GTA courier verifies ID at handover, and Canada Post parcels ship with their Proof of Age (19+) signature service.
If nobody’s home.
Canada Post orders: if no one of legal age is available, the driver leaves a delivery notice card and holds your parcel at a nearby Canada Post pickup location. To collect it, bring the tracking number (or the notice card) plus your photo ID. You can follow your order at canadapost.ca or in the Canada Post app — once a delivery has been attempted, the status changes to “Item available for pickup” and shows the exact pickup address (this only appears after that first attempt).
Know you won’t be home? Canada Post’s free FlexDelivery lets you route your parcel straight to a post office of your choice for pickup with ID.
GTA courier orders: the driver will attempt delivery and contact you. If the recipient is unavailable or cannot produce valid ID, the order comes back to us and we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery.
If a delivery fails.
If the recipient is unavailable, under 19, or unable to produce valid ID, the parcel is held for pickup (Canada Post holds for up to 15 days) and then returned to us. If your package comes back, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus the original shipping cost.
