How orders get to you.
Every shipment requires age-verified signature on delivery. Same-day in the GTA, standard Canada Post for the rest of the country.
19+ Proof of Age — required on every delivery.
All Crown Vape shipments use Canada Post’s Proof of Age (19+) service. The recipient must be 19 or older and must present valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. The driver will not leave the package without that ID check.
If no one of legal age is available, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice and hold the package at the local depot for pickup with valid ID. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us.
Same-day GTA delivery zones.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [cutoff time TBD], Monday through Saturday, in the following areas:
- Richmond Hill
- Markham
- Vaughan
- North York
- Toronto north of Highway 401
Outside these areas, your order ships via Canada Post with the same Proof of Age signature requirement.
Order processing.
Orders placed on a business day before [cutoff time TBD] are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.
Standard Canada Post shipping — rates and times.
For destinations outside the GTA same-day zone:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated by destination postal code at checkout, including HST where applicable. Crown Vape ships only within Canada.
Age-verified delivery — what to expect.
Every Crown Vape order ships 19+ signature-required. The Canada Post driver asks whoever receives the package to show valid government photo ID proving they are 19 or older — packages are never left at the door.
If no one of age is available on the first attempt, the driver leaves a delivery notice card and holds your package at a nearby Canada Post pickup location for several business days. To collect it, bring the tracking number (or the notice card) plus your photo ID. You can also follow your order at canadapost.ca or in the Canada Post app — once a delivery has been attempted, the status changes to “Item available for pickup” and shows the exact pickup address (this only appears after that first attempt).
Know you won’t be home? Canada Post’s free FlexDelivery lets you route your parcel straight to a post office of your choice for pickup with ID.
If a delivery fails.
If the recipient is unavailable, under 19, or unable to produce valid ID, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice and hold the package at the local depot for up to 15 days. After that period, undelivered packages are returned to us. If your package is returned, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus the original shipping cost.
